Plant-Based Fish Sauce by Agro-Industry Students Named Best Innovative Food and Beverage Product at 5th Start-up Innovative F&B Products Competition

Four students from the Product Development Technology programme, CMU Faculty of Agro-industry, were named the winners of the 5th Start-up Innovative F&B Products Competition - University in the Ingredients category for their plant-based fish sauce branded ‘SEAPPRA’. The team members included Ms. Krittika Paengkham, Ms. Thaksaphon Kaewmalai, Ms. Siriwan Ariwanna and Ms. Athittaya Kanthira. Assistant Professor Suwanna Decharatanangkoon supervised the team with the assistance of Dr. Vinyoo Sakdatorn and Dr. Ponjan Walter.
