On 7th February 2024, Prof. Dr. Amin Mousavi Khaneghah from Institute of Agricultural and Food Biotechnology – State Research Institute, Poland; has given the special talk about "how to publish in a good and high impact journal?". He is a remarkable individual who has been highly accomplishing in publishing numerous articles in journals with a high impact factor in the area of food science and technology. A swirl of participants from many faculties in CMU including students, researcher, and professors enthusiastically joined this event as his talk will significantly benefit their future publication. The event was held between 9.00 - 11.00 am. at the meeting room no. 4, Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University.
In the afternoon, there was a discussion for research collaboration between him and the faculty's professors, positively anticipating to expand the research network in the area of food science and technology.
