On March 30, 2026, Associate Professor Dr. Thanongsak Chaiyaso, Head of the School of Agro-Industry, together with the Biosafety Level 2 (BSL-2) Laboratory Committee, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Chayathip Insomphun, Chair of the Committee, welcomed a study visit delegation from the Safety Management Center of Chiang Mai University (CMU SHE), the Institutional Biosafety Committee of Chiang Mai University (CMU IBC), and the Institutional Biosafety Committee of Naresuan University (NU IBC).

This study visit was organized to exchange knowledge and best practices in biosafety management. Assistant Professor Dr. Niphawan Panti served as the moderator and presented an overview of the management system of the Biosafety Level 2 laboratory of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, aiming to provide guidance for the further development and improvement of biosafety standards collaboratively.
