Faculty of Agro-Industry Organizes the 11th Food Process Control Supervisor Training Course
The Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, organized the 11th training program on “Food Process Control Supervisor for Low-Acid and Acidified Foods in Hermetically Sealed Containers” from May 11–15, 2026, at the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University. A total of 22 participants from the food industry and related sectors attended the training.
This program complies with the Ministry of Public Health Notification No. 420 (B.E. 2563 / 2020) under the Food Act B.E. 2522 (1979). The course covers essential knowledge related to the production of low-acid and acidified foods in hermetically sealed containers, aiming to equip participants with comprehensive understanding and the ability to effectively apply the knowledge in real industrial production processes.
