On 28 May 2026, Associate Professor Dr. Yuthana Phimolsiripol, Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, was invited as a keynote speaker for the project “Enhancing International Research Publication Capacity through AI and Proactive Research Funding Strategies” held at the Faculty of Business Administration and Liberal Arts, Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL).

During the session, Associate Professor Dr. Yuthana shared his extensive experience in securing research funding from both national and international funding agencies, as well as strategic approaches to developing competitive research proposals. He also highlighted key factors for building impactful research programs, establishing academic collaborations, and aligning research objectives with funding priorities.

In addition, he provided practical insights into publishing research articles in international peer-reviewed journals, covering topics such as journal selection, manuscript preparation, responding to reviewers’ comments, and enhancing research visibility and impact. The seminar also explored the effective use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to support research productivity, academic writing, and publication processes.

The event attracted considerable interest from faculty members, researchers, and academic staff, serving as a valuable platform for knowledge exchange and professional development.
