คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตรให้การต้อนรับเครือข่ายพันธมิตร โครงการแม่โขง-ล้านช้าง

เมื่อวันที่ 22 กันยายน 2566 ผศ.ดร.สุจินดา ศรีวัฒนะ คณบดี พร้อมด้วย ผศ.ดร.สุทัศน์  สุระวัง รองคณบดี และ รศ.ดร.นิรมล อุตมอ่าง อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ วิทยากรประจำโครงการ ร่วมให้การต้อนรับ รศ.ดร.ยุทธนา พิมลศิริผล ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์นวัตกรรมอาหารและบรรจุภัณฑ์ และเครือข่ายพันธมิตรภายใต้โครงการ Risk Control in Food Safety and Security Using Appropriate Innovative Technology for New Normal ภายใต้กองทุนพิเศษแม่โขง-ล้านช้าง ซึ่งประกอบด้วย คณาจารย์จาก Nonglam University ประเทศเวียดนาม, คณาจารย์จาก Souphanouvong University สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว และผู้ประกอบการจาก 3 ประเทศ ได้แก่ ประเทศไทย, สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว และประเทศเวียดนาม หลังจากนั้นได้นำเยี่ยมชมห้องปฏิบัติการทดสอบทางประสาทสัมผัส, Nutrition Innovation Center ณ สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ และโรงงานต้นแบบ คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร


On September 22nd, Assistance Professor Sujinda Sriwattana Ph.D. The Dean with Assistant Professor Suthat Surawang Ph.D., associate to the dean and Associate Professor Niramon Utama-ang, project lecturer has welcome Associate Professor Yutthana Phimolsiripol Ph.D., director of Food Innovation and packaging center and partners from Risk Control in Food Safety and Security Using Appropriate Innovative Technologies for New Normal under Mekhong-Lancang special fund along with academic staffs from Nong Lam University, Vietnam, Souphanouvong University, Laos   and entrepreneurs from each country including Thailand. Moreover, They paid a visit to Sensory Lab, Nutrition Innovation Center at Product development technology department and Pilot plant.
