คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ขอแสดงความยินดีกับ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ยุทธนา พิมลศิริผล และ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.จุไรรัตน์ เม้ากำเนิด ที่ได้รับเชิญให้ทำหน้าที่ Guest Editor ใน Special Issue เรื่อง “Bioactive Metabolites in Fermented Foods: From Microbial Alchemy to Human Health” ภายใต้วารสาร Fermentation ซึ่งเป็นวารสารนานาชาติด้านการหมักและเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพอาหารที่ได้รับการยอมรับระดับสากล

การได้รับคัดเลือกให้ทำหน้าที่ Guest Editor ในครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึง ศักยภาพทางวิชาการ ความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการหมัก และบทบาทของคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร บนเวทีวิชาการนานาชาติ พร้อมทั้งตอกย้ำความแข็งแกร่งของงานวิจัยด้าน bioactive metabolites, functional foods, และ valorization of agro-industrial by-products

คณะฯ ขอแสดงความภาคภูมิใจและชื่นชมในความสำเร็จของทั้งสองท่าน พร้อมสนับสนุนการสร้างองค์ความรู้และความร่วมมือวิจัยในระดับนานาชาติต่อไป

Congratulations to Two Guest Editors from the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University

The Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, proudly congratulates Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yuthana Phimolsiripol and Asst. Prof. Dr. Churairat Moukamnerd on their appointment as Guest Editors for the Special Issue entitled:

“Bioactive Metabolites in Fermented Foods: From Microbial Alchemy to Human Health” published in Fermentation, a respected international journal in food fermentation and biotechnology.

This achievement highlights their strong academic leadership, expertise in fermentation science, and the Faculty’s continuous commitment to advancing research in bioactive metabolites, functional foods, and the valorization of agro-industrial by-products at the global level.

The Faculty extends its warmest congratulations and looks forward to further international research collaboration and impactful scholarly contributions from both editors.
