วันที่ 8 ตุลาคม 2567 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พิสิฐ ศรีสุริยจันทร์ รองคณบดีคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร นำทีมอุตสาหกรรมเกษตรร่วมส่งความช่วยเหลือไปยังผู้ประสบอุทกภัย นอกจากนี้ ยังได้ส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ของคณะฯ เช่น ไส้อั่วลดไขมัน เพื่อเป็นกำลังใจให้กับทีมงานอาสาสมัครภายใต้การดำเนินงานของกองพัฒนานักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ซึ่งการร่วมสนับสนุนในครั้งนี้นอกจากจะส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ของคณะฯ แล้ว ยังได้มอบสิ่งของจำเป็น เช่น น้ำ อาหารแห้ง รวมถึงอุปกรณ์ทำความสะอาดและสิ่งของอื่นๆ เพื่อช่วยบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนของผู้ประสบภัยและเพื่อช่วยให้สามารถซ่อมแซมปรับปรุงที่อยู่อาศัยเบื้องต้นได้ การช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยครั้งนี้ไม่ได้เป็นเพียงแค่การมอบสิ่งของที่จำเป็นเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นการส่งมอบกำลังใจให้แก่ผู้ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากอุทกภัยอีกด้วย อันแสดงให้เห็นถึงความเข้มแข็งและความสามัคคีของมหาวิทยาลัยในยามวิกฤต คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตรขอร่วมส่งกำลังใจจากใจจริงไปยังผู้ที่ได้รับผลกระทบทุกคน

Providing help and encouragement to flood victims

On October 8, 2024, Associate Professor Dr.Phisit Srisuriyachan, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, led the faculty staffs to provide support to flood victims. Additionally, the Faculty of Agro-Industry executive team delivered the Faculty product, the Reduced Fat Sausage to encourage the CMU staffs who volunteered under the project through Student Development Division of Chiangmai University. This support includes the Faculty product, essential items such as water, dry food, as well as cleaning equipment and other items to help alleviate the hardships faced by those affected and assist them in rebuilding their homes. This assistance to disaster victims is not just about providing the necessary items but also about offering encouragement and hope to those affected by the flood. It demonstrates the strength and unity of the University during times of crisis. We extend our heartfelt support and encouragement to all those affected by the floods, wishing them strength and a swift recovery from this crisis.
