กิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างสำนักวิชาฯ และสำนักงานคณะ
เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 3 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 คณะฯ ได้จัดกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างสำนักวิชาฯ และสำนักงานคณะ เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้การทำงานร่วมกัน และเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่าง 2 หน่วยงาน
ในหัวข้อการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้
1. การใช้งาน การเสนอเรื่อง การส่งเรื่อง ระบบ CMU e-document
2. การบริหารงานโครงการ
3. การขอรับจัดสรรงบลงทุน งบประมาณเงินรายได้และงบประมาณเงินแผ่นดิน
โดยมีผู้บริหาร, ผู้ประสานงานสาขาวิชาฯ, งานบริหารทั่วไป, งานนโยบายและแผน และประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา, งานบริหารงานวิจัย บริการวิชาการและวิเทศสัมพันธ์, งานบริการการศึกษา และพัฒนาคุณภาพนักศึกษา, งานการเงิน การคลังและพัสดุ เข้าร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ณ ห้องประชุม 3
KM Activity between School of Agro-Industry and Faculty Offices
On Monday, February 3, 2025, the faculty organized a knowledge exchange activity between the academic divisions and faculty offices. The objective was to foster collaboration and enhance the working relationship between the two units.
The exchange covered the following topics:
1. Utilization, submission, and approval processes in the CMU e-Document system.
2. Project management.
3. Budget allocation for capital investment, revenue budgets, and government budgets.
The event was attended by executives, program coordinators, and personnel from various administrative units, including general administration, policy,planning and quality assurance, research administration, academic services and international affairs, student affairs and academic services, as well as finance and supplies. at Meeting Room 3
