คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ขอแสดงความยินดีกับทีมนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 และคุณครูจากโรงเรียนมงฟอร์ตวิทยาลัย ทำงานวิจัยเรื่อง “Microencapsulation of Alpha-Glucosidase Inhibitors from Red Bean Extract to Enhance Bioavailability” ได้รับรางวัลเหรียญเงิน จากเข้าร่วมการประกวดสิ่งประดิษฐ์และนวัตกรรม 2025 Bangkok International Intellectual Property, Invention, Innovation and Technology Exposition (IPITEx 2025) เนื่องในวันนักประดิษฐ์ประจำปี 2568 ระหว่างวันที่ 2-6 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 ณ Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมการประกวดจากนานาชาติกว่า 2,000 คน 22 ประเทศ จัดโดยสํานักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ (วช.) กองส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการวิจัยและนวัตกรรม เป็นความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันการศึกษาตาม MOU โดยมี รศ.ดร.นิรมล อุตมอ่าง เป็นที่ปรึกษาร่วม และนายอนุพันธ์ ปัญญาทอง ให้บริการในการใช้เครื่องจักรในโรงงานต้นแบบของคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่

The Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, extends its congratulations to the team of 11th-grade students and teachers from Montfort College for their research on “Microencapsulation of Alpha-Glucosidase Inhibitors from Red Bean Extract to Enhance Bioavailability,” which won a silver medal at the 2025 Bangkok International Intellectual Property, Invention, Innovation and Technology Exposition (IPITEx 2025). This event was held in celebration of Inventors' Day 2025 from February 2-6, 2025, at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC). The competition saw participation from over 2,000 individuals from 22 countries and was organized by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT), Division of Research and Innovation Promotion and Support. This achievement was a collaborative effort under an MOU between educational institutions, with Associate Professor Dr. Niramon Utama-ang serving as a co-advisor and Mr. Anuphan Panyathong providing machinery services at the pilot plant of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University.
