เมื่อวันที่ 27 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ปวาลี ชมภูรัตน์ ธฤติธนเกียรติ์ ผู้ช่วยคณบดี คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ให้การต้อนรับคณะนักศึกษาและอาจารย์จาก Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration, Hong Kong Metropolitan University ภายใต้โครงการ Gastronomy Learning Journey ซึ่งจัดขึ้นโดย บริษัท ตัวแทนนวัตกรรมชุมชน จำกัด (Community Innovation Agency) และ เครือข่ายวัฒนธรรมอาหารประเทศไทย (Thailand Gastronomy Network) โดยกิจกรรมครั้งนี้ นักศึกษาได้เข้าเยี่ยมชมและรับฟังการดำเนินงานของศูนย์นวัตกรรมอาหารและบรรจุภัณฑ์ พร้อมทั้งนำเสนอและสาธิตเทคนิค Spherification เมนู สปาร์คกิ้งอัญชันเลม่อนคาเวีย ณ ศูนย์นวัตกรรมอาหารและบรรจุภัณฑ์ คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร


On February 27, 2025, Assistant Professor Dr.Pavalee Chompoorat Tridtitanakiat, Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, extended a warm welcome to a group of students and faculty members from Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration, Hong Kong Metropolitan University, as part of the Gastronomy Learning Journey program. This program was organized by Community Innovation Agency and the Thailand Gastronomy Network.
During this visit, the students toured and learned about the operations of the Food Innovation and Packaging Centre. Additionally, they presented the Spherification technique through the dish of Sparkling Butterfly Pea with Lemon Caviar, at the Food Innovation and Packaging Centre, Faculty of Agro-Industry.
