คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตรตอกย้ำบทบาทผู้นำทางวิชาการ ก้าวสู่ความร่วมมือระดับสากล สร้างเครือข่ายและเจรจาความร่วมมือ ณ ไต้หวัน
ระหว่างวันที่ 17 – 23 สิงหาคม 2568 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ยุทธนา พิมลศิริผล คณบดีคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ พร้อมด้วยผู้ช่วยคณบดี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ปวาลี ชมภูรัตน์ ธฤติธนเกียรติ์ และ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.จุไรรัตน์ เม้ากำเนิด ได้เดินทางเยือนสถาบันการศึกษาชั้นนำของไต้หวัน ได้แก่ National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, National Chiayi University, National Chung Hsing University และ National Taiwan University ซึ่งได้รับการจัดอันดับเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยอันดับ 1 ของไต้หวัน และเป็นผู้นำด้าน Food Science
การเยือนครั้งนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของภารกิจสำคัญเพื่อเจรจาหารือความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ วิจัย และแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษา รวมทั้งได้เยี่ยมชมห้องปฏิบัติการ ภายใต้โครงการศูนย์รวมผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีพลาสมาอย่างยั่งยืน เพื่อการสร้างเครือข่ายและพัฒนาความร่วมมือในระดับนานาชาติ นอกจากนี้ยังได้หารือถึงความร่วมมือในสาขาอาหารเพื่อสุขภาพ และสารสกัดมูลค่าสูง (Functional Foods & High-value Extracts) อันเป็นสาขาที่มีศักยภาพสูงและเป็นที่ต้องการของตลาดโลก อันจะนำไปสู่การยกระดับศักยภาพของคณะและมหาวิทยาลัยในอนาคต
ความสำเร็จที่สำคัญของภารกิจครั้งนี้ คือ การลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ (MoU) ร่วมกับ National Taiwan University และ National Chung Hsing University เพื่อวางรากฐานความร่วมมือในระยะยาว ครอบคลุมงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมด้านอาหารสุขภาพ ซึ่งจะยิ่งตอกย้ำบทบาทความเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการและการวิจัยของคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มช.
การดำเนินงานครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงแต่ตอกย้ำบทบาทความเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการของคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มช. เท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นก้าวสำคัญสู่ความร่วมมือระดับสากล ที่จะช่วยยกระดับศักยภาพด้านการเรียนการสอนและงานวิจัย สู่การพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนและสร้างคุณค่าร่วมกับสังคมโลก
Faculty of Agro-Industry, CMU Reinforces Academic Leadership and Expands Global Collaboration in Taiwan.
From 17–23 August 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Yuthana Phimolsiripol, Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, together with Assistant Deans, Assistant Professor Dr. Pavalee Chompoorat Tridtitanakiat, and Assistant Professor Dr.Churairat Moukamnerd, visited leading higher education institutions in Taiwan, including National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, National Chiayi University, National Chung Hsing University, and National Taiwan University, which is ranked No. 1 in Taiwan and internationally recognized for its excellence in Food Science.
The visit marked a significant step in strengthening international academic and research cooperation. The delegation engaged in institutional dialogues, laboratory visits, and discussions on potential collaborations such as joint research initiatives and faculty/researcher exchange programs under the “Sustainable Plasma Technology Excellence Center.” In addition, the discussions also explored opportunities in functional and healthy foods, as well as high-value extracts and bioactive compounds, reflecting the Faculty’s commitment to advancing innovation in food science and technology.
A major highlight of this mission was the signing of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with National Taiwan University and National Chung Hsing University. These MoUs formalize long-term collaborations in cutting-edge areas such as food innovation, and further reinforcing the Faculty’s leadership in academic and research excellence.
This mission not only underscores the Faculty’s role as a leader in academic and research excellence but also represents a strategic move towards global collaboration, thereby enhancing the capacity of teaching, research, and innovation, and advancing sustainable development on a global scale.
