คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ จัดกิจกรรม CAREER PATHWAY แนะเส้นทางสู่อาชีพในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร แก่นักเรียนโรงเรียนปรินส์รอยแยลส์วิทยาลัย
เมื่อวันที่ 3 กันยายน 2568 คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ได้จัดกิจกรรม “CAREER PATHWAY” เพื่อแนะแนวและสร้างแรงบันดาลใจในการเลือกเส้นทางอาชีพในแวดวงอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร ให้แก่นักเรียนโรงเรียนปรินส์รอยแยลส์วิทยาลัย โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุธี วังเตือย รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิชาการ ให้การต้อนรับ
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวประกอบไปด้วย 4 ฐานการเรียนรู้ ได้แก่

Food Tech Frontier
NutriChem: The Science of Food, Nutrition, and Culinary Innovation
Sea, Land, and Sip: ศาสตร์แห่งอาหารจากท้องทะเล บนบก และเครื่องดื่มคราฟต์
ซึ่งจัดและดำเนินกิจกรรมโดยคณาจารย์จากทุกสาขาวิชาของคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร
การจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้นักเรียนได้เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับแนวโน้ม นวัตกรรม และโอกาสในสายงานอุตสาหกรรมอาหารของประเทศไทย ผ่านการลงมือทำและประสบการณ์จริงในแต่ละฐานการเรียนรู้ สร้างความเข้าใจและทักษะเบื้องต้นในการก้าวสู่สายอาชีพด้านอุตสาหกรรมอาหารอย่างมั่นใจ
Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, Organizes "CAREER PATHWAY" Activity for Students from The Prince Royal’s College
On September 3, 2025, the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, organized the “CAREER PATHWAY” activity to introduce and inspire career paths in the food industry among students from The Prince Royal’s College. The event was honored by Associate Professor Dr. Suthee Wangteuay, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, who delivered the welcome speech and presided over the opening ceremony.
The activity consisted of four interactive learning stations:

NutriChem: The Science of Food, Nutrition, and Culinary Innovation
Sea, Land, and Sip: The Art of Food from the Sea, Land, and Craft Beverages
Each station was organized and facilitated by faculty members from all academic divisions within the Faculty of Agro-Industry. The objective was to provide students with hands-on experiences and insights into industry trends, innovations, and potential career opportunities in Thailand’s agro-food sector. Through practical activities and engagement at each station, students gained a better understanding and essential skills, paving the way for their future careers in the food industry.
