โครงการค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์ (SciQuest: ผจญภัยวิทย์สุดล้ำ จากแล็ปสู่โลกกว้าง) ปีที่ 2 ระหว่างวันที่ 1-3 ตุลาคม 2568
คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร (สมุทรสาคร) ร่วมกับโรงเรียนสมุทรสาครบูรณะ ห้องเรียนพิเศษวิทยาศาสตร์ ประสบความสำเร็จในการจัดโครงการค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์ (SciQuest: ผจญภัยวิทย์สุดล้ำ จากแล็ปสู่โลกกว้าง) ปีที่ 2 ระหว่างวันที่ 1-3 ตุลาคม 2568 โดยมีนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4/1 จำนวน 30 คน เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์แบบบูรณาการ เชื่อมโยงความรู้จากห้องปฏิบัติการสู่การประยุกต์ใช้ในชีวิตจริง เพื่อจุดประกายความคิดสร้างสรรค์และสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้แก่เยาวชนในการศึกษาต่อด้านวิทยาศาสตร์

วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2568
เริ่มต้นด้วยพิธีเปิดโครงการโดยผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ภัทรานิษฐ์ กลิ่นมาลัย ผู้ช่วยคณบดี ตามด้วยกิจกรรมสันทนาการสร้างความสัมพันธ์โดยนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีผลิตภัณฑ์ทางทะเล และกิจกรรมเวิร์กช็อปแบบแบ่งฐานวิทยาศาสตร์ 3 ฐาน ได้แก่ ฐานชีววิทยา ฐานเคมีอาหารและกายภาพ และฐานแปรรูปอาหาร โดยมีคณาจารย์และนักวิทยาศาสตร์คอยถ่ายทอดความรู้อย่างใกล้ชิด

นักเรียนได้ศึกษาดูงานด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และการเกษตรสมัยใหม่ ณ บ้านริมรูฟท็อปฟาร์ม อำเภอบ้านแพ้ว เรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีการเกษตรแบบยั่งยืน พร้อมทั้งนำเสนอและรับฟังข้อเสนอแนะจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับหัวข้อโครงงานวิจัยของนักเรียน

เยี่ยมชมกระบวนการผลิตและเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมจริง ณ บริษัท เคดับบลิวเอชบี จำกัด เพื่อเรียนรู้การนำวิทยาศาสตร์ไปใช้ในภาคอุตสาหกรรม และปิดท้ายด้วยการสรุปกิจกรรม พร้อมมอบประกาศนียบัตรแก่ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการโดยผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ภัทรนิษฐ์ กลิ่นมาลัย ผู้ช่วยคณบดี

The Faculty of Agro-Industry (Samut Sakhon) in collaboration with Samutsakorn Boorana School, successfully organized the 2nd Science Camp Project (SciQuest: Ultimate Science Adventure from Lab to the World) from October 1-3, 2025, with 30 students from Grade 10/1 participating in the activities. This project focuses on providing integrated science learning experiences, connecting knowledge from the laboratory to real-world applications, to spark creativity and inspire youth to pursue science education.
October 1, 2025
The program began with an opening ceremony led by Assistant Professor Dr. Phatthranit Klinmalai, Assistant Dean, followed by recreational activities to build relationships led by third-year students from the Marine Product Technology program, and workshop activities divided into 3 science stations: Biology Station, Food Chemistry and Physics Station, and Food Processing Station, with lecturers and scientists providing hands-on knowledge transfer.
October 2, 2025
Students went on an educational field trip to study science and modern agriculture at Baan Rim Rooftop Farm in Ban Phaeo District, learning about sustainable agricultural technology while also presenting and receiving feedback from experts on their research project topics.
October 3, 2025
Students visited KWHB Company Limited to observe production processes and industrial technology. The visit ended with an activity summary and certificates presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Phatthranit Klinmalai, Assistant Dean.
