เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 23 มกราคม 2569 เวลา 14.00 น. บริษัท จาร์ทิซานน์ จำกัด ได้นำคณะทำงานเข้าเยี่ยมชมเครื่องมือและเทคโนโลยีการแปรรูปด้านอุตสาหกรรมอาหารของโรงงานต้นแบบคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร เพื่อศึกษาศักยภาพของกระบวนการแปรรูปและรวบรวมข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง อันเป็นแนวทางในการจัดทำข้อเสนอโครงการเพื่อยื่นขอรับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐในการช่วยเหลือเกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงโคนมที่ประสบปัญหาน้ำนมโคดิบจำหน่ายไม่ได้ราคา โดยมุ่งเน้นการเพิ่มมูลค่าผลผลิตผ่านกระบวนการแปรรูปและการใช้เทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสม เพื่อสร้างความมั่นคงทางรายได้และความยั่งยืนให้แก่ภาคเกษตรกรรม

ทั้งนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจากผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุภเวท มานิยม, ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สิริวัฒน์ จินศิริวานิช และอาจารย์รวิศ ทัศคร ร่วมให้การต้อนรับและให้ข้อมูลด้านวิชาการเทคโนโลยีการแปรรูป และข้อเสนอเชิงวิชาชีพ เพื่อประกอบการพิจารณาและพัฒนาโครงการให้มีความเป็นไปได้และเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อเกษตรกรและภาคอุตสาหกรรมอาหารในอนาคต

On Friday, 23 January 2026, at 2:00 p.m., Jartisann Co., Ltd. led a delegation to visit the food processing equipment and technologies at the pilot plant of the Faculty of Agro-Industry. The visit aimed to study the potential of food processing operations and to collect relevant information to support the development of a project proposal seeking financial support from government agencies. The proposed initiative focuses on assisting dairy farmers who are facing challenges due to low market prices for raw milk, with an emphasis on adding value to agricultural products through food processing and the application of appropriate technologies in order to enhance income stability and promote long-term sustainability in the agricultural sector.

On this occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Supavej Maniyom, Assistant Professor Dr. Siriwat Jinsiriwanit, and Mr. Ravis Tasakorn, welcoming the delegation and kindly provided academic insights, food processing technology expertise, and professional recommendations to support the evaluation and development of the project, ensuring its feasibility and maximizing benefits for dairy farmers and the food industry in the future.
